Application Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and efficient accreditation process, all applicants must adhere to the following instructions when submitting their application through the EBA portal:

  1. Official Language

    All documents and correspondence must be submitted in English only.

    Applications submitted in other languages will not be accepted.

  2. Required Documents

    Applicants must provide the following documentation to support their accreditation request:

    • Institutional profile, including vision, mission, and objectives
    • Organizational and administrative structure
    • CVs of academic and administrative staff
    • Program guides or curriculum outlines
    • Internal quality assurance and evaluation plan
    • Legal licenses or equivalent documentation (if applicable)
    • Any additional supporting documents that strengthen the application
  3. Document Formatting

    • All documents must be submitted in PDF or Word format.
    • Each file should be clearly named (e.g., Financial_Report_2023.pdf).
    • Files must be uploaded through the online application portal, or sent via official email if prior arrangements have been made.
  4. Evaluation Timeline

    The evaluation period varies depending on the type of accreditation.

    Reviews typically take 15 to 30 business days from the receipt of all required documents and payment confirmation.

  5. Accreditation Terms & Policies

    • Accredited institutions are required to register all graduating students from their accredited programs in the EBA official database.
    • The database must include both the institution name and the program name for proper documentation and international recognition.
    • Institutions must remain compliant with EBA’s quality standards and policies throughout the accreditation period.
